According to the provisions of 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the following quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned:

• perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
• packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
